摘要
目的:开发剂量体积直方图(dose-volume histogram,DVH)评估软件,使放疗物理师能对放疗计划DVH进行自动化评估。方法:利用Eclipse软件内置的应用程序开发接口Eclipse Scripting API进行开发,以Eclipse功能插件的形式运行,检索和读取放疗计划危及器官和计划靶区的DVH信息,并与评估标准进行比较,生成评估结果。结果:DVH评估软件能在1.0~1.5 s内完成一个放疗计划(包含全部危及器官和计划靶区)的DVH评估,得到精确的评估结果。结论:利用DVH评估软件能够快速、高效、精确地评估放疗计划的DVH,减少了评估用时,提高了放疗物理师制订放疗计划的工作效率。
Objective To develop a set of DVH evaluation software that enables radiotherapy physicists to automate the evaluation of radiotherapy plan DVH.Methods The software was developed with Eclipse development interface(Eclipse Scripting API),and then was used as an Eclipse plugin for inquiring and reading the DVH information on organs at risk during radiotherapy and planning target volume.The acquired results were compared with the evaluation standard to generate evaluation results.Results The software completed a DVH evaluation of all organs and planning target volume included in a radiotherapy plan over a period of 1.0 s to 1.5 s.Conclusion The software enables fast,efficient and accurate evaluation of the DVH,increasing the efficiency of the radiotherapy physicist during designing the radiotherapy plan.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2019,40(3):26-30]
