会展企业核心员工忠诚度影响因素的实证研究——以励展博览集团为例 被引量:2

An Empirical Research on the Influencing Factors of Core Employee Loyalty in Exhibition Enterprises——Take the Reed Exhibitions as an Example

摘要 会展业属于知识密集型的生产性服务业,其员工的忠诚度深刻地影响着会展活动运营的每一方面,进而影响会展企业经营的成败。其中核心员工的忠诚度对会展企业经营成败的影响最为重大。基于此,本文以励展博览集团的成员公司——北京励德展览有限公司为例,对影响会展企业核心员工忠诚度的因素进行实证研究。通过梳理国内外相关文献和开展访谈调查,提出17个影响因素指标,设计量表,对核心员工进行忠诚度问卷调查;并基于因子分析法,发现问卷所得数据的内在联系,提取出5个公因子,分别命名为情感环境因子、领导行为因子、成就预期因子、个人意识因子和实际回报因子;并依据结论提出创造和谐情感环境、进行人文关怀领导、提高员工成就预期、保障员工实际回报等五项提高核心员工忠诚度的解决对策。 The exhibition industry belongs to knowledge-intensive productive services industry.The employee loyalty has a profound impact on every aspect of MICE activities operations and thus affects the success or failure of exhibition enterprises.Therefore,core employee loyalty has the most signficant impact on the success of the exhibition enterprises.Based on this,this article takes the Reed Exhibitions as an example to conduct an empirical research on the influencing factors of core employee loyalty in exhibition enterprises.Through combing relevant literatures at home and abroad and carrying out interview surveys,seventeen indicators of influencing factors are proposed.And we design scales to conduct a loyalty questionnaire for core employees.Afterwards,based on the Factor Analysis Method,the intrinsic relationship of the data obtained from the questionnaire is found.Five common factors are extracted and respectively named after emotional environmental factor,leadership behavior factor,achievement expectation factor,personal consciousness factor and actual reward factor.Then,relevant research conclusions are drawn.The article puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions to increase the loyalty of core employees including creating a harmonious emotional environment,carrying out humanistic care leadership,improving employee achievement expectations and guaranteeing employee real return.
