摘要
目的探讨工作坊模式在护士管道固定培训中的实践及效果评价。方法在前期调研的基础上,构建管道固定工作坊培训体系,包括培训理念、培训目标、培训计划和培训内容等,并在医院相关护理单元的护士中进行实施。结果培训后,我院管道非计划性拔管率下降,抽查护理单元二次固定执行率上升,护士对培训效果满意度较高。结论工作坊模式培训效果较好,提高了医院护士管道护理水平,具有一定的推广意义。
Objective To explore the effect of workshop on training tube fixing for nurses.Methods Tube fixing training workshop was set up based on the previous research,including training concepts,objectives,plans and content than implemented in specific department for nurses.Results After the training,the rate of unplanned extubation decreased,the rate of secondary fixed implementation increased.The satisfaction of the training effect in nurses was high.Conclusion The workshop on training tube fixing has a good effect for nurses,improve the level of nurse's tube fixing,it is worthy for promotion.
