摘要
通过分析薄壁塑件产品的结构及性能,采用理论计算的方法,并依托有限元分析平台Mold Flow,对某畅销手机后盖注塑成型工艺过程进行了数值模拟仿真,选择了最佳浇口位置,设计了合理的浇注系统及冷却系统,进行了充填模拟及压力检测,验证并强化了理论计算的科学性。根据产品的结构特点及性能要求,通过理论计算,运用CAD技术,对手机后盖进行了模具设计,有效提高了产品设计质量。
Based on the analysis of the structure and performance of thin-walled plastic parts, this paper uses the method of theoretical calculation and relying on the finite element analysis platform MoldFlow to simulate the injection moulding process of the back cover of a best-selling mobile phone, chooses the best sprue position, designs a reasonable pouring system and cooling system, carries out filling simulation and pressure detection, verifies and strengthens the scientificity of theoretical calculation. According to the structure characteristics and performance requirements of the product, through theoretical calculation and using CAD technology, the mold design of the back cover of the mobile phone is carried out, which effectively improves the quality of product design。
