摘要
不锈钢复合钢板是一种由基层碳钢板和复层不锈钢板复合而成的双层金属板材。文章以Q345R+304L(奥氏体不锈钢复合钢板)为例,对不锈钢复合钢板的焊接特点进行了理论分析,重点对不锈钢复合钢板焊接工艺设计进行了介绍,对焊接材料的选择、焊接接头坡口的设计、焊接方法和焊接参数选定、过渡层焊接要点以及焊接中应注意的事项进行了详细的阐述。并通过焊接工艺评定机械性能试验以验证焊接设计的结果。
The stainless steel clad steel plate is a kind of double-layer metal plate composed of carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate. Taking Q345R+304L (austenitic stainless steel clad steel plate ) as an example, the welding characteristic of stainless steel clad plate was analyzed, the welding process design of stainless steel clad plate was mainly introduced, and welding material selection, welding joints groove design, selection of welding methods and parameters, key points of transition layer welding, and the problems of stainless steel clad plate welded should be noticed were described in detail. And the mechanical performance test was carried out by welding process to verify the result of welding design.
