摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法对菊花中两种抗氧化活性成分含量测定的不确定进行评估。建立菊花中绿原酸、蒙花苷含量测定不确定度的数学模型,逐层对不确定度的来源进行分析。通过对不确定度分量进行量化与合成,得出菊花中绿原酸含量为1. 0022μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0. 1717,其含量表示为(1. 0022±0. 1717)μg/kg;蒙花苷含量为9. 5898μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为1. 6592,其含量表示为(9. 5898±1. 6592)μg/kg。计算结果表明影响结果不确定度的主要因素为标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合等。
The uncertainty of measurement in the determination of antioxidant content in chrysanthemum by HPLC was evaluated.A mathematical model was established for uncertainty evaluation.The sources of uncertainty that may be introduced were analyzed and each component of uncertainty was quantified for the calculation of the combined uncertainty.The results showed that expanded uncertainty of ±0.1654 μg/ kg (k=2) was obtained for the determination of the presence of 1.0022 μg/ kg chlorogenic acid, the uncertainty of ±1.5871 μg/ kg (k = 2) was obtained for the determination of the presence of 9.5898 μg/ kg mononoside.The preparation of standard solution and curve fitting were found to be the main sources of uncertainty.
