Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with pulmonary fungal infection after liver transplantation. Methods 70 cases of patients undergoing liver transplantation from January 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.By drawing lots, they were divided into routine group(35 cases)and intervention group(35 cases).Routine nursing was performed in routine group. The intervention group was given nursing intervention. The incidence of infection, multiple indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically. Results The pulmonary infection rate of intervention group was 8.57%,lower than that of routine group(28.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative albumin level in intervention group was(24.87±7.56)g/L,which was lower than that in routine group(32.54±7.49)g/L.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 94.14%,higher than 82.86%of the routine group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients undergoing liver transplantation can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary fungal infection, promote the recovery of the body, improve the quality of life, improve the satisfaction of nursing, and the nursing effect is remarkable.
