摘要
随着"互联网+"思维的深度融合与推进,"互联网+残疾人就业"为残疾人就业发展提供新思路。"互联网+残疾人就业"具有灵活的就业时间、地点以及缓解残疾人就业压力等优势,同时存在网络信息不安全、劳动权益难保障、就业岗位不稳定等不足。"互联网+残疾人就业"在提供全新的就业思路、增强残疾人的社会参与感以及助推残疾人小康进程等机遇的同时,对残疾人现有的身体健康状况、专业与情感技能、创业就业支持与保障等提出了挑战,应从提升残疾人健康意识、转变残疾人就业观念、开展"互联网+残疾人就业"专题培训以及完善残疾人就业支持体系等方面应对挑战。
With the deep integration and advancement of"Internet+"thinking,"Internet+disabled employment"has provided new ideas for the employment development of disabled people."Internet+disabled employment"has the advantages of flexible working hours and locations,as well as alleviating the employment pressure of disabled people.At the same time,there are disadvantages such as insecure network information,difficulty in protecting labor rights,and unstable employment.“Internet+Disability Employment”brings opportunities.For example,providing new employment ideas,enhancing the social participation of people with disabilities and helping to promote the well-off process of the disabled.At the same time,the existing physical health status,professional and emotional skills,entrepreneurial employment support and security of the disabled are challenged.Challenges should be addressed in terms of improving the health awareness of disabled people,changing the concept of employment for the disabled,conducting special training on“Internet+employment for the disabled”and improving the employment support system for the disabled.
