摘要
基于影响矩阵法,对系杆拱桥索力调整问题进行了研究。基于归一化方法,借助有限元软件MIDAS/CIVIL,提出一种实用的吊杆张拉影响矩阵求解方法,并对索力调整中千斤顶张拉力进行了公式推导。以某钢管混凝土系杆拱桥为算例,拟定三种索力调整次序,通过比较分析得出次序一较优。采用次序一进行索力调整,对调索过程中索力变化规律进行分析。分析表明:吊杆张拉对相邻索力存在明显的卸载效应;索力调整时需对吊杆进行超张拉;索力调整次序需考虑到实际千斤顶吨位;可利用卸载效应对超出千斤顶吨位的吊杆索力进行调整。
Based on the influence matrix method,the question of the cable force adjustment of the tied arch bridge is studied.In accordance with the principle of normalization and by using finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL,this paper proposes a practical method to solve the suspender tension influence matrix,and deduces the formula of jack tension in cable force adjustment.It takes a concrete filled steel tube tied arch bridge as an example,and proposes three kinds of cable force adjustment orders.It finds that the first order is the best among the three orders by comparison and analysis.Then the change rule of cable force in the process of the cable force adjustment is analyzed under the first order.The analysis shows that the suspender tension has an obvious unloading effect on the adjacent cable force;when adjusting the cable force,the suspender should be pulled over;the adjustment order of cable forces should take the actual tonnage of jack into consideration;the unloading effect can be adopted to adjust the suspender force that exceeds the tonnage of the jack.
