摘要
文章采用网络调查与文献调查相结合的方法,对我国省级公共图书馆健康信息服务现况进行调查,从服务资源、服务内容、服务方式、服务人群4个方面揭示了我国省级公共图书馆健康信息服务整体状况,得出对我国公共图书馆提供健康信息服务的启示:完善健康信息资源,打造特色资源体系;提供多样化服务,优化服务内容;加强多方合作,形成"多位一体"的健康服务方式;细化服务人群信息需求,提供个性化服务。
The paper investigates the present situation of health information services in provincial public libraries by using network survey and literature survey,then,reveals the overall situation of health information services of provincial public libraries in China from aspects of service resources,service contents,service modes and service groups.Finally the paper draws inspiration of public libraries health information service:provincial public libraries need to improve the health information resources and build distinctive resource system;to provide a variety of services and advance the service content;to strengthen multiple-cooperation and form multi-integrated health service modes;to refine information needs of service groups and provide personalized services.
