摘要
单桩竖向抗压静载试验用于确定单桩竖向抗压极限承载力,判断竖向抗压承载力是否满足设计的要求,为工程验收提供依据。通过桩身内力及变形测试测定桩侧、桩端的阻力、验证高应变法及其他检测方法的单桩竖向抗压承载力的检测结果,依托项目进行静载试验,详细的论述了该试验桥梁的设计状况、地质概况、试验的设备、试验过程以及数据采集、试验结果,并对单桩竖向抗压静载试验的注意事项进行分析,通过分析试验数据,对设计和施工进行指导,提出静载试验的优劣以及今后发展的方向。
Vertical compressive static load test of single pile is used to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile, to judge whether the vertical compressive bearing capacity meets the design requirements, and to provide a basis for engineering acceptance. Through the test of internal force and deformation of pile body to determine the resistance of pile side and end, verify the test results of vertical compressive bearing capacity of single pile by high strain method and other detection methods, this paper carries out static load test relying on the project, and expounds in detail the design status, geological survey, test equipment, test process, data acquisition and test results of the test bridge, as well as the vertical resistance of single pile. The matters needing attention in static ballast test are analyzed, and the design and construction are guided by analyzing the test data. The advantages and disadvantages of static ballast test and the future development direction are put forward.
