摘要
根据三元微子镇煤矿联建楼和办公楼墙体开裂及建筑周边边坡与挡土墙失稳等工程实际,介绍了场地土具体性质,并分析了建筑物墙体开裂与边坡挡土墙失稳的具体原因,制定合理的加固设计方案,同时介绍了设计方案中高压旋喷桩、土钉墙及钻孔注浆的设计参数、施工过程,结果表明加固方案是合理可行的,对其他类似工程有借鉴意义。
According to the engineering practice of the San-yuan colliery in the Weizi town that the wall cracking of combined building and office building with the slope and retaining wall instability surrounding the buildings, introduced the specific nature of site soil, and analysis of the specific reasons of the building wall cracking and the retaining wall slope instability, and formulate reasonable reinforcement design scheme, introduce the design parameter and construction process of high pressure jet grouting pile, soil nailing wall and drilling grouting in the design scheme, and results show that the reinforcement scheme is feasible, it can be used for other similar projects.
