摘要 针对近十几年鱼雷可靠性、维修性、保障性(RMS)技术文件与教材中,关于RMS参数之间的关系、寿命剖面的阶段划分、可靠性合同指标的定义以及可靠性合同指标的协调方面所存在的学术与工程应用现状,依据装备可靠性基本理论和对国内外关于鱼雷可靠性的军用标准、技术资料及大量数据事实的分析论证,指出其中存在的问题,并通过实例论证,提出了针对这些问题应采取的正确做法。文中研究旨在厘清鱼雷RMS学术与工程应用问题,为鱼雷武器的研制使用提供更有力的保障。 Aiming at the issues in the technical documents and teaching materials of torpedoes’ reliability, maintenance and supportability (RMS) in the past dozen years, which concern the relationship among RMS parameters, the phase division of life profile, the definition of reliability contract specification, and the problems of academic and engineering application in coordination of the reliability contract specification, the authors analyze and demonstrate the military standards, technical data and a large number of data facts about torpedo reliability from home and abroad, point out the existing problems according to the basic theory of equipment reliability, and put forward corresponding measures to solve these problems through demonstration of examples. The purpose of this study is to clarify RMS academic and engineering application of a torpedo, and to provide a more effective support to the development and usage of torpedo weapon.
