摘要 喷涂机器人已经在汽车工业中得到广泛应用,而喷涂轨迹是保证喷涂质量的重要因素。文章对机器人喷涂轨迹做详细阐述,并对该轨迹的编制流程进行全面分析,对每个环节进行重点论述,并结合整车外观调试工艺流程,对影响外观质量的因素加以说明。 Spraying robot has been widely used in the automotive industry, and spraying trajectory is an important factor to ensure the quality of spraying. In this paper, the spraying trajectory of the robot is described in detail, and the compilation process of the trajectory is comprehensively analyzed. Each link is emphatically discussed, and the factors affecting the appearance quality are explained in combination with the vehicle appearance debugging process, factors of affecting the appearance quality.
