摘要
SPMT滚装装船是一种先进的装船方法,装船过程中控制SPMT行驶并调节船舶压载,不仅要保持船舶稳性,还要控制船舶和跳板的姿态以保证SPMT的通过性,涉及很复杂的力学计算。建立了SPMT滚装装船力学模型,包括SPMT轴压计算、船舶浮态计算、跳板姿态计算、SPMT姿态及悬挂伸缩量计算、船舶压载调节计算等,并开发了相应的计算机程序,对滚装过程进行仿真模拟,辅助设计并优化施工方案,缩短施工时间,降低风险。
SPMT roll on/roll off ship loading is an advanced loading method.During loading,it is necessary to control SPMT driving and adjust ship ballast,not only to maintain ship stability,but also to control the attitude of ship and springboard to ensure SPMT passing,which involves complicated mechanical calculation.The mechanical model of SPMT roll on/roll off ship loading is established,including SPMT axle pressure calculation,ship floating state calculation,springboard attitude calculation,SPMT attitude and suspension expansion calculation,ship ballast adjustment calculation,etc.In addition,the corresponding computer program is developed to simulate the roll on/roll off loading process,assist in designing and optimize the construction plan,shorten the construction period and reduce the risk.
