摘要
采用比浊法测定工厂废水中硫酸根含量,分别就聚乙烯醇、乙醇、甘油、聚乙烯醇和乙醇混合溶剂作分散剂对测量的影响进行试验,结果表明:采取聚乙烯醇和乙醇混合溶剂,波长420 nm,硫酸根5~40 mg/L,方法检出限为1.054 mg/L、加标回收率为95.75%~107.86%,该方法具有精密度好、准确度高、操作简便等优点。
The turbidimetric method is used to determine the content of sulfate in factory wastewater.The effects of polyvinyl alcohol,ethanol,glycerol,mixed solvents of polyvinyl alcohol and ethanol as dispersants on the measurement are tested.The results show that the detection limit is 1.054 mg/L and the recovery rate is 95.75%~107.86%when the mixed solvents of polyvinyl alcohol and ethanol are used at 420 nm and the content of sulfate is in the range of 5~40 mg/L.The method has the advantages of good precision,high accuracy and simple operation.
