摘要
《内经》约成书于春秋,《难经》成书于战国,《伤寒杂病论》成书于东汉末年,三者相差不远。仲景自序曰“撰用《素问》《九卷》《八十一难》……”,则《伤寒杂病论》必当与内、难理论一脉相承,关系紧密。《伤寒论》之六经本质自古以来就是困扰《伤寒论》学习者的最大障碍之一,因其莫可名状,难以理解,致使大多学者望而却步,变生遗憾。即便伤寒名家亦于此见解不一,多成各家之言。有关《伤寒论》六经本质与内、难之关联性亦屡遭质疑,甚至认为《伤寒论》所论六经与内、难毫无关联,乃仲景另出一独特辨证体系,岂不荒谬乎?此文旨在从《伤寒论》之精旨、原文与《内经》《难经》对照分析,明确《伤寒论》六经实乃源宗《内经》《难经》,以期为后学指引迷津,免生坎坷。
Huangdi′s Internal Classic was written in the Spring and Autumn period,and Classic on Medical Problems was in the Warring States Period,Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases was in the late Eastern Han.The written time of the three works was quite close.In his own preface,Zhang Zhongjing mentioned that the Plain Questions and Miraculous Pivot was quoted.Hence,the theories in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases are closely related with the theories of Huangdi′s Internal Classic and Classic on Medical Problems.Essence of six meridians in Treatise on Febrile Diseases has been one of the biggest barriers perplexing learners.Even the medical scholars had the different views on Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Someone believed that the theory of six meridians in Treatise on Febrile Diseases had no any connection with Huangdi′s Internal Classic and Classic on Medical Problems and thought Zhang Zhongjia′s idea was a unique system of syndrome differentiation.In the paper,by exploring the essence of six meridians in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,analyzing in comparison with Huangdi′s Internal Classic and Classic on Medical Problems,the writer pointed out that the essence of six meridians in Treatise on Febrile Diseases originated from Huangdi′s Internal Classic and Classic on Medical Problems so as to provide the references to the future study.
