摘要
针对传统的实验教学管理模式,实验老师工作强度大,不利于学生职业能力培养的现状,本研究规范创新了实验过程中的实验仪器、药品的管理和使用模式,即实验用品科学摆放井然有序、实验用品合理使用流程管理、实验过程强化管理责任到人,并分析了此项改革前后的利弊。改革前,实验员和实验老师的工作强度大,不利于学生良好的科学工作作风的形成和职业能力即素养的培养。改革后,减轻了实验员和实验老师的工作强度,有助于培养学生的管理能力和水平,减少实验室的不安全隐患,有助于培养学生安全意识和节约意识,养成良好的工作习惯,培养学生严谨认真的工作态度,增强学生岗位责任意识。
This research is targeted on the traditional experimental teaching management mode,and the experimental teacher has a strong work intensity,which is not conducive to the current situation of student′s professional quality cultivation.This study normalizes and innovates the management,use mode of experimental instruments and drugs in the experimental process.The mode is well-ordered and scientific placement of experimental products,and process management of experimental products in rational use,and experimental process with strengthening management to the individuals.Besides,the study analyzes the pros and cons before and after this reform.Before the reform,the intensity of the work was strong for both laboratory technicians and experimental teachers,which were not good for the formation of scientific work style and cultivation of professional quality of students.After the reform,the work intensity of the laboratory technicians and the experimental teacher is alleviated,which helps to cultivate student′s management ability,reduce the hidden dangers of the laboratory,cultivate student′s safety awareness and conservation awareness,and develop a good working habit,forster student′s rigorous and serious working attitude,and enhance their sense of post responsibility.
