摘要
对10所研究型大学教师进行的问卷调查研究结果表明,总体上教师们对当下科研业绩考评的满意度偏低。教师的满意度受其职级水平和导师身份的显著影响,总体上具有副高级职称教师群体的满意度最低。此外,教师的满意度总体呈现较大的学科差异性,人文社科类教师的满意度普遍低于自然科学类教师。本研究结果可以为高校教师科研考评的改进提供参考和启发。
Questionnaire investigation research results of 10 research universities’ teachers indicate that teachers’ satisfaction level toward the present scientific research achievements evaluation is low. Teachers’ overall satisfaction level is obviously affected by their work rank and tutor identity, and the teacher group with vice senior title has lowest satisfaction level. There is an obvious disciplinary discrepancy in teachers’ satisfaction level, and in general, teachers of humanities and social science have lower satisfaction level than those of nature science. The results of the present research provide some important references and enlightenments for the reform of the evaluation.
