摘要
随着我国社会主义现代化进程的不断推进,公民意识培养已经成为社会主义民主政治建设的重要工程。当代高校大学生是我国公民的重要组成部分,将是国家政治与社会建设发展的重要参与者和管理者,他们的公民意识状况直接影响我国政治、经济发展的进程和现代化建设的顺利实现。当前,我国高校大学生虽具有一定的公民意识,但依然存在"对西方资本主义民主与社会主义民主的认识混淆""政治参与意识淡漠""社会责任感、使命感欠缺,个人主义滋长""法治观念淡薄"等问题,"以高校思想政治理论课程为载体,融入公民意识教育内容""加强校园文化建设,为公民意识培养与强化提供文化背景和思想氛围""鼓励学生参与高校的民主管理,提高政治参与意识"等将是培养并强化当代大学生公民意识的有效途径。
With the continuous development of China's socialist modernization, civic consciousness has become an important project in the construction of socialist democracy. College students, as an important part of Chinese citizens, will be important participants and managers in the development of national political and social construction. Therefore, their citizenship consciousness directly affects the political and economic development of our country and the smooth realization of modernization. At present, our country college students have certain civil consciousness, but there still exist some serious problems, such as " the misunderstanding of the western capitalist democracy and the socialist democracy confusion","the coldness of political participation consciousness","lack of social responsibility, growing individualism" and "weak law awareness". The article attempts to put forward some efficient ways to cultivate and strengthen college students’ citizen consciousness, such as, put the consciousness of citizen education content into ideological and political education theory courses;strengthen the construction of campus culture and provide civic consciousness cultivation and strengthen cultural background and ideological atmosphere","encourage students to participate in the democratic management of the colleges and universities, and improve the political participation", etc.
