摘要
近年来,沥青混凝土面层在农村公路建设中,得到了广泛使用,但由于施工工艺差、施工企业自检和监理抽检等质量保证体系不完善等原因,成型沥青面层空隙率合格率较低,沥青砼面层空隙率大,影响了路面面层的使用性能及使用年限。本文通过分析沥青混凝土面层空隙率大的原因,从沥青混合料配合比设计、混合料配合比控制、施工温度控制、施工组织等四个方面浅议如何控制沥青混凝土面层空隙率。
In recent years,asphalt concrete surface layers have been widely used in rural road construction,however,due to poor construction technology,self-inspection of construction enterprises and the quality assurance system such as supervision sampling inspection is not perfect,the qualified rate of the void ratio of the formed asphalt surface layer is low,and the void ratio of the asphalt concrete surface layer is large,which affects the service performance and service life of the pavement surface layer.This paper analyzes the reasons for the large void ratio of asphalt concrete surface layer,and discusses how to control the void fraction of asphalt concrete surface from four aspects:asphalt mixture ratio design,mixture ratio control,construction temperature control and construction organization.
