摘要
通过不同结构特征的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)氯化反应后制得氯化聚乙烯(CPE),研究了CPE改性硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)制品的力学性能;同时也探究了不同相对分子质量特征和部分接枝易于塑化链段的HDPE对CPE改性PVC-U加工性能的影响。结果表明:HDPE的粒径越小和分布越窄、相对分子质量越高及其分布越窄,CPE对PVC-U制品的增韧效果越好;接枝后PVC制品的塑化时间缩减为未接枝时的70%左右,同时CPE改性PVC-U的加工性能变好。
Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)was prepared by chlorination of high density polyethylene(HDPE)with different structural characteristics.The mechanical properties of CPE modified rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC-U)products were studied.At the same time,the effects of different relative molecular weight characteristics and some HDPE segments which were easy to plasticize on the processing properties of CPE modified PVC-U were also explored.The results show that the smaller the particle size and the narrower the distribution of HDPE,the higher the relative molecular weight and narrower its distribution,and the better toughening effect of CPE on PVC-U the products.After grafting,the plasticizing time of PVC products is reduced to about 70%of the ungrafted products,and the processability of CPE modified PVC-U is improved.
