摘要
目的探讨夏枯草口服液治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法通过临床上使用夏枯草口服液(单用或与其他药物联用)治疗乳腺增生症,观察临床疗效,收集典型病例。结果临床上取得较为满意的结果。典型病例中,患者一服药4个疗程后,增生肿块缩小70%以上。患者二服药2个疗程后,双乳胀痛明显缓解,双乳内散在结节变软。结论夏枯草口服液可有效改善乳腺增生症状。夏枯草口服液与逍遥丸联合使用协调性强,用法简单,治疗过程中无明显不良反应,值得在临床进行推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiakucao oral liquid in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods The clinical efficacy of Xiakucao oral liquid(used alone or in combination with other drugs)in the treatment of breast hyperplasia was observed,and typical cases were collected.Results Satisfactory results were obtained in clinic.In typical cases,one patient showed a more than 70%reduction in the thickness of the gland hyperplasia tumor after 4 courses of treatment.The breast pain of two patients were obviously alleviated,the nodules became soft after taking Xiakucao oral liquid and Xiaoyao pill for 2 courses.Conclusion Xiakucao oral liquid has the effect of clearing fire,dispersing knots,relieving swelling,and effectively improves the symptoms of mammary gland hyperplasia.In addition,the combination of Xiakucao oral liquid and Xiaoyao pill has strong coordination and simple usage.No adverse reaction has been observed in the experiment,which suggests that the clinical medication of Xiakucao oral liquid is is worthy of clinical application.
