摘要
目的分析针麻复合小剂量腰麻在下行剖宫产手术中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月我院收治的84例行剖宫产手术的产妇,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。对照组采用常规腰麻,观察组则采用针麻复合小剂量腰麻。观察2组产妇麻醉前后的疼痛评分变化,并比较2组新生儿Apgar评分方面的差异。结果 2组麻醉前后疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组麻醉后疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针麻复合小剂量腰麻在行剖宫产手术的产妇中具有较好的镇痛效果,并且具有较高的安全性,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application value of combined acupuncture anesthesia and low dose spinal anesthesia in descending caesarean section.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,84 cases of parturients treated with cesarean section were observed and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional spinal anesthesia,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture anesthesia combined with low-dose spinal anesthesia.The pain scores of the two groups before and after anesthesia were observed,and the differences of Apgar scores between the two groups were compared.Results There was significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before and after anesthesia(P<0.05),the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in the Apgar score of the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion Acupuncture anesthesia with small dose of lumbar anesthesia in cesarean section of parturient has better analgesic effect,and has high safety,it is worth popularizing in clinical use.
