摘要
目的:观察在溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴证患者治疗中采用清肠化湿方案的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的62例溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴证患者,选取方式为随机,选取时间为2015—2017年。按抽签的形式将参与本次调查的患者分成两组,对照组31例、实验组31例。对照组在本次调查中采用常规治疗方式。实验组在本次调查中采用中药清肠化湿方治疗。观察对照组和实验组本次治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗有效率为58.06%明显低于实验组的96.78%,经对比两组之间差异明显(P<0.05);治疗前对照组和实验组Baron得分情况无差异(P>0.05),不存在临床统计学意义;但治疗后对照组Baron得分情况差于实验组,经对比两组之间差异明显(P<0.05),具有临床统计学意义。结论:在溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴证患者治疗中可采取中药清肠化湿方进行治疗,效果明显。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of clearing intestine and removing dampness in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:62 cases of ulcerative colitis with dampness-heat syndrome were selected randomly from 2015 to 2017.According to the drawing of lots,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group(31 cases)and the experimental group(31 cases).The control group used routine treatment in this investigation.In this investigation,the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine to clear the intestines and remove dampness.The therapeutic effect of the control group and the experimental group was observed.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the control group was obviously low.There was no significant difference in Baron Score between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05),but the Baron score in the control group was worse than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of dampheat accumulation syndrome of ulcerative colitis,traditional Chinese medicine can be used to clear the intestines and remove dampness.The effect is obvious and this method is worth applying and popularizing.
