摘要
有关幼儿教师流动的研究起源较早,作者群以高校教师为主;研究领域存在"同名不同区"现象,幼儿教师流动与幼儿教师流失领域覆盖上存在交叉;多数文献研究目的以原因和对策为主线,体现了较强的问题意识;研究对象较为多样化,以农村和民办幼儿园教师为主;整体研究方法偏重质性,没有提及任何研究方法的文献所占比例较高,此现象需要审慎对待和改进。虽然影响幼儿教师流动的因素众多,但以物质因素影响最为突出;研究建议多为理想的"应然",学术界还需加强实证研究。
Research about flow of kindergarten teachers has been performed for a relatively long period and covered rich content. Mostly conducted by teachers of universities,the research is associated with the phenomenon that "the name is the same but the areas differ". Kindergarten teachers flow and are lost across areas. Most literature focuses on causes and countermeasures,reflecting relatively strong problem awareness. The research objects are a little diversified,particularly including teachers of rural and private kindergartens. In general,the research methods are mostly qualitative. There is a higher proportion of literature which involves no research method. This phenomenon needs to be treated and improved cautiously. Although the flow of kindergarten teachers is impacted by lots of factors,the impacts of material factors are the most prominent. Most research suggestions are ideally taken for granted and empirical research remains to be further performed in the academic circle.
