世界范围埃博拉病毒相关专利状况分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Patents Related to Ebola Virus in the World

摘要 埃博拉病毒致病率和死亡率高,多年来导致多起大规模疫情,严重威胁人类健康和生物安全。本文对世界范围内埃博拉病毒相关专利申请的总量、技术领域、专利申请人国别等信息进行分析,对埃博拉检测、治疗和预防领域的技术研发热点进行简要总结。为我国科技人员开展埃博拉相关技术研发和专利申请保护提供参考。 Ebola virus has led to a number of large-scale epidemics over the years,seriously threatening global health and biosafety with its high mortality.The total number of patent applications related to Ebola virus worldwide,the technical fi eld,the country of patent applicants and other information were analyzed,and the research and development hotspots in the fi eld of Ebola detection,treatment and prevention were briefly summarized.It will provide reference for China's scientific and technological personnel to carry out related research and development and patent application protection of Ebola.
