摘要
隐性知识主要为人们的实践经验,这种知识不能详细言明,也不能用文字、图像进行表达,但能为相应的工作提供依据,在图书馆知识体系中占有重要地位。在对基于隐性知识管理的图书馆知识服务模式进行创新时,需明确隐性知识的特性,构建完善的知识服务体系。实际情况中,我国图书馆知识服务模式虽然有了较大革新,也起到了一定作用,但是受人为因素及外部因素的影响,依旧存在较多问题。因此,基于隐性知识管理的条件下,如何更好地创新图书馆知识服务体系成为图书馆面临的重大挑战。本文主要对隐性知识管理的图书馆知识服务创新模式进行分析,提出了一些建议。
Tacit knowledge is mainly the practical experience of people, which can not be explained in detail, nor can it be expressed in words and images, but it can provide the basis for the corresponding work and occupy an important position in the library knowledge system. In order to innovate library knowledge service mode based on tacit knowledge management, it is necessary to clarify the characteristics of tacit knowledge and construct a perfect knowledge service system. In fact, although the library knowledge service mode in our country has been greatly innovated and played a certain role, there are still many problems affected by human factors and external factors. Therefore, under the condition of tacit knowledge management, how to better innovate library knowledge service system has become a major challenge facing the library. This paper mainly analyzes the innovation mode of library knowledge service based on tacit knowledge management, and puts forward some suggestions.
