摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿术后并发症发生情况及原因,并总结护理要点,促进患者早日康复。方法对本院2015年4月至2017年4月收治的40例卵巢囊肿患者实施腹腔镜手术,观察患者术后并发症发生情况及总结原因,依据患者术后发生并发症情况做好护理工作。结果 40例患者手术过程顺利,手术时间为30min～3h,中位数1.0h;出血量10～200mL,中位数80.0mL;住院时间3～7d,中位数3.0d。患者术后出现恶心呕吐2例(5.0%),皮下气肿1例(2.5%),高碳酸血症1例(2.5%),切口感染1例(2.5%),经针对性治疗护理后症状均得到缓解。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿术后做好患者并发症观察及护理工作,可促进患者疾病恢复。
Objective To observe the complications and causes of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts,and summarize the nursing points to promote the early recovery of patients.Methods Laparoscopy was performed on 40 cases of ovarian cysts admitted from April 2015 to April 2017 to observe the occurrence of postoperative complications and summarize the causes.Results The operations for 40 patients were all successful with the operation time 30 min-3 hours and a median of 1 h,the bleeding amount of 10mL-200mL and a median of 80mL;the patient's hospitalization of 3 to 7 days and a median of 3.0 days.After laparoscopy on the ovarian cysts,2 cases developed with nausea and vomiting(5.0%),1 emphysema subcutaneous emphysema(2.5%),1 hypercapnia(2.5%),and 1 incision infection(2.5%).The symptoms of nausea and vomiting,incisions,emphysema and hypercapnia were relieved after targeted treatment and care.Conclusion The nursing measures like close observation of complications can promote the patient's recovery after laparoscopy on the ovarian cysts.
