摘要
为了让更多的科研工作者和橘农意识到柑橘半穿刺线虫对柑橘造成的危害并对其进行防治,对柑橘半穿刺线虫发生与防治研究进行了综述。柑橘半穿刺线虫寄生较专化,寄主范围较窄,主要危害芸香科柑橘属植物;其雄虫不危害作物,雌虫前端侵入根部,通过固定取食点取食,对柑橘根系细胞造成伤口,并影响根和叶中渗透活性离子的分配,从而降低柑橘产量。目前已有内转录间隔区-限制性片段长度多态性分析(ITS-RFLP)、ITS特异性引物检测、内部转录间隔区-环介导等温扩增分析(ITS-LAMP)、基于线虫DNA的LAMP分析等多种分子生物学检测方法能够将其快速检出。抗柑橘半穿刺线虫的柑橘砧木较少,主要通过化学药剂进行防治,但由于化学药剂具有污染环境、需反复使用等缺点,有效地控制柑橘半穿刺线虫需综合运用农业防治、化学防治、生物防治、植物源提取物以及抗性品种等多种措施。本研究对柑橘半穿刺线虫的寄主范围、危害特性、侵染特点、致病机制、分子生物学检测及防治方法进行了综述,并对将来通过遗传工程技术进行柑橘砧木品种选育等进行了展望,期望对我国柑橘半穿刺线虫的综合治理提供理论依据。
In order to let more researchers and orange farmers realize the harm caused by Tylenchulus semipenetrans to citrus and management it,this paper reviews the occurrence and controlling of T.semipenetrans in citrus.With specialized parasitism and narrow host range, T.semipenetrans mainly infect genus citrus in the Rutaceae plants;its male does not harm the crop,but the females invaded from the front roots and fed through a fix feeding point.It caused wounds in citrus root cells and affected the distribution of reactive ions in roots and leaves,thus decreasing the citrus yield.Many molecular biology methods were proved to be effectively detect this nematode quickly,such as internal transcribed spacer-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (ITS-RFLP),ITS-specific primer detection,internal transcribed spacer-loop-mediated isothermal amplification analysis (ITS-LAMP),LAMP analysis based on nematode DNA,etc.The resistance T.semipenetrans have fewer citrus rootstocks,mainly controlled by chemical agents.However,due to the disadvantages of chemical agents that pollute the environment and need to be used repeatedly,the effective control of T.semipenetrans requires comprehensive use of agricultural control,chemical control,and biological control,plant extracts and resistant varieties and other measures.The host range,hazard characteristics,infection characteristics,pathogenic mechanism,molecular biological detection and control methods of T.semipenetrans were reviewed,and the future selection of citrus rootstock varieties through genetic engineering techniques was prospected.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the comprehensive management of T.semipenetrans in China.
