模糊聚类分析技术在油气管道风险评价中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对油气管道的使用安全问题,应用模糊聚类分析的理论,将管道按照风险严重程度进行聚类,进行定性和定量风险分析,并采用Friedman检验理论进行检验.模糊聚类分析结果与实际检验结果接近,说明该技术在风险评价领域具有可行性,提高了压力管道的可靠性,降低了检验成本,可以为管道定期检验时间提供有效参考. Aiming at the safety problem of oil and gas pipelines,the theory of fuzzy clustering analysis is applied to cluster the pipelines according to different risk levels to conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis,and the Friedman test theory is used for testing.The results of fuzzy clustering analysis are close to the actual test results,indicating that the technology is feasible in the field of risk assessment,which can provide an effective reference for the pipeline inspection time,improve the reliability of the pressure pipeline and reduce the inspection cost.
