摘要
了解目前运动人体科学课程设置中存在的问题,为提高运动人体科学课程的实效性提供参考依据。利用文献资料法对运动人体科学课程设置的相关问题进行综述。发现运动人体科学课程设置主要存在以下问题:(1)理论知识与运动联系不紧密,实验内容分配不合理,演示性、验证性实验所占比重较大,而综合性、设计性实验所占比重较小。(2)教学方式单一枯燥,难以引起学生的学习兴趣。(3)理论课考评方式单一,实验考评则缺少对学生操作能力、分析解决问题能力的考评。因此,选择与运动和实践联系密切的教学内容、运用能够引发学生思考的教学方法、建立科学有效的评价体系,是提高运动人体科学课程实效化的重要途径。
To understand the problems existing in the current curriculum of sports human science, and to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of sports science curriculum. By using the method of documentation, this paper summarizes the related problems of the curriculum of sports human science. That set of sports human science curriculum mainly has the following problems:(1) the theory knowledge and the movement is not closely linked, experiment content distribution, experiment and demonstration accounted for a larger proportion, and the comprehensive experiments for a smaller proportion.(2) teaching methods a single boring, diff icult to arouse students' interest in learning.(3) the evaluation methods of the theory course are single, and the experimental evaluation lacks the evaluation of students' ability to operate and analyze and solve problems. Therefore, the selection and movement and the practice of teaching content, the teaching method can be used to establish close and lead students to think the scientif ic and effective evaluation system is an important way to improve the effectiveness of the course of human movement science.
