摘要
[目的/意义]基于专利数据利用指标体系探索核心技术的识别,能够更加全面客观地识别核心技术,有助于丰富核心技术识别方法。[方法/过程]筛选产业核心技术评价指标,构建核心技术识别指标体系,利用最优组合赋权法确定指标权重,构建核心技术评价指数,根据计算结果序列对专利进行分类。以5G移动通信产业专利数据为样本对核心专利进行识别。[结果/结论]识别出的15件核心技术均为美国持有,申请年份主要集中在2012年和2013年,技术领域集中在H04L(数字信息的传输)和H04W(无线通信网络)两个小类中。核心技术主要是在(D2D)通信系统中以不同的方法实现通信设备相互识别并通信的技术。
[Purpose/Significance] Exploring an identification of core technology based on patent data by the use of index system is helpful to identify core technology more comprehensively and objectively and enrich the identification methods.[Method/Process] The indicators were screened and core technology identification index system was constructed. The optimal combination weighting method was used to determine the index weight, then, the core technology evaluation index was built, and the patents are classified according to the calculated results. Then, worldwide, statistical patent data of the fifth generation mobile communication industry is used to do empirical study.[Result/Conclusion] The results show that the 15 core patents are held in the United States and applied mainly in 2012 and 2013, then, the technology field is concentrated on two subcategories of H04L (digital information transmission) and H04W (wireless communication network). These are the methods and systems for establishing different connections between two user devices through a system called Device-to-Device (D2D) communication.
