摘要
针对某电厂一次风机振动异常变化,通过振动测试分析,诊断为滚动轴承异常是造成风机振动增大的原因。通过风机轴承箱解体检查,确认故障原因为轴承游隙变大,并根据振动特征,提出基于振动理论监视轴承劣化倾向的方法。
Abnormal vibration of a primary fan happened in a power plant.Through the vibration test and analysis,it is showed that the abnormal rolling bearing added the vibration.Through disassembling the bearing box to check,it is confirmed that the cause of the fault was the enlarged clearance of the bearing.According to the vibration characteristics,a method of monitoring the deterioration tendency of bearings based on vibration theory is put forward.
