摘要
为揭示中国水产品进出口贸易格局,分析水产品贸易商品的国际竞争力,利用联合国统计署贸易数据库,从中国水产品贸易总额、贸易伙伴、贸易商品结构等方面,定量分析1998-2016年间中国水产品贸易格局,引入贸易竞争优势指数对中国水产品贸易商品国际竞争力进行评价。研究发现,中国水产品贸易总额稳定提升,且贸易顺差持续扩大,中国在国际水产品贸易中地位日益重要。中国水产品贸易伙伴以发达经济体为主,新兴经济体东盟已成为中国第三大贸易伙伴。受资源禀赋、市场距离、保鲜技术等因素影响,中国针对不同国家/地区的贸易商品结构存在明显差异。在贸易结构调整、国际贸易壁垒的影响下,中国水产品贸易竞争力有所下降。据此,提出应优化调整水产品贸易市场和商品结构以促进水产品国际贸易可持续发展。
As the largest fishery trader in the world,fishery trade is an important part of international trade in China.In order to explore the trade pattern and international competitiveness of fishery in China,[Method]the trade value,major trade partner and commodity composition of fishery trade were analyzed quantitatively based on the United Nations commodity trade statistics database.Then the trade competitive index was selected to explore the international competitiveness of fishery in China.The results are showed as follows.From 1998 to 2016,the value of foreign fishery trade continued to increase,the fishery trade surplus expanded stably,and China played an increasingly important role in international fishery trading.The developed countries were China's major trade partners,it is noteworthy that Association of Southeast Asian Nations has become China's third major trade partner in 2016.Because of resource endowment of different countries,market distance and preservation technology,the composition of fishery trade vary among different trade partners.Owing to the adjustment of China's fishery trade structure and international trade barriers,China's foreign fishery trade became less competitive.To promote sustainable development of China's fishery trade,some suggestions are provided for reference,including optimizing the structure of international market and commodity and deepening exchanges and cooperation.
