摘要
为解决计算卫星多工况外热流步骤繁琐、需要大量人工计算的难题,基于MATLAB与卫星热分析软件Thermal Desktop的接口开发设计卫星多工况外热流自动计算分析软件。该软件仅需要用户输入空间热环境参数和卫星轨道面与阳光夹角变化范围,便可自动对多个工况的卫星外热流循环计算和分析,最后输出所需的外热流数据文件。该软件大幅减少人工操作,计算结果准确,并且缩短时间至原计算方法时间的7%,已经在多个卫星热控设计中得到实际应用。
Satellite external heat flux analysis progress is complex and need a lot of manual calculation. In order to solve the problem, we developed an automatic calculation and analysis software of satellite external heat flux in multiple cases based on MATLAB and Thermal Desktop. The software only needed users to input space thermal environment parameters and the range of the angle between satellite orbital plane and sunlight. Then, the calculation and analysis of satellite external heat flux cycle multiple cases were automatically carried out. Finally, the required external heat flux data file was output. The software greatly reduces the manual operation, which can shorten the time to 7% of the original calculation method, and the calculation result is accurate. The software has been applied in satellite design.
