摘要
排球运动属于技能主导类隔网项目,膳食的丰富与营养的充足对运动员的训练和健康都是非常重要的。本文采用了文献资料法,主要分析了排球运动的特点以及在不同的运动训练中排球运动员营养的补充等。在运动前需要摄入足够的碳水化合物维持能量的供应,运动中适量补充液体和能量的供应,运动后注意营养的补充,加快机体恢复。
Volleyball is a skill-dominated type of netting event. The rich diet and adequate nutrition are ver y important for the training and health of athletes. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of volleyball and the nutrition supplement of volleyball players in different sports training. Before exercise, suff icient carbohydrates should be taken to maintain the energy supply, the proper amount of f luid and energy should be replenished during exercise, and attention should be paid to nutritional supplementation after exercise so as to accelerate the recovery of the body.
