摘要
面对环保方面的压力,现有的热轧带钢酸洗除鳞工艺急需进行革新,介绍了已有和新兴的各类无酸除鳞技术,包括接触式的机械除鳞技术、非接触式的还原除鳞技术以及新兴的等离子除鳞及激光除锈技术等。重点对其中的高压喷砂除鳞技术、湿法抛丸技术(以EPS为典型代表)以及宝钢自主研发的BMD技术进行了详细介绍,并对各个技术的优缺点、应用前景进行了分析与展望,并指出是否具备"环保、高效、低成本"的综合优势是技术能否得以领先的关键。
Facing environmental protection pressure,the acid pickling process for hot-rolled strip is urgently needed to be innovated.Both existing and newly emerging acid-free descaling technology,which include contact-type mechanical descaling techniques,non-contact hydrogen reduction technique,and the latest plasma and laser descaling techniques,are presented.The abrasive water jetting,the slurry basting(EPS as typical example)and the BMD technology by Baosteel are emphatically introduced.The advantages and prospects of these technology are discussed,with the conclusion that the key for technology leading is a combination of features including eco-friendly,efficient and low-cost.
