摘要
目的分析比较小切口白内障囊外摘除与白内障超声乳化术治疗高度近视合并白内障对患者术后视觉质量及角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法以56例74眼高度近视合并白内障患者为研究对象,按照接受治疗的方式不同分为对照组28例38眼(小切口白内障囊外摘除治疗)与观察组28例36眼(白内障超声乳化术治疗),比较两组术后的视觉质量及角膜内皮细胞损伤情况。结果治疗后,两组矫正视力、术眼角膜内皮六角形细胞比例及角膜内皮细胞密度均有明显好转(P <0.05),但两组间比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论对于高度近视合并白内障患者,应用小切口白内障囊外摘除与白内障超声乳化术治疗的临床效果相当,可结合患者的实际情况选择相应的治疗方式。
Objective To compare the effects of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification for high myopia with cataract on postoperative visual quality and corneal endothelial cells.MeAods Fifty-six patients(74 eyes in total)with high myopia with cataract were divided into a control group(treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction,n=28 patients and 38 eyes)and an observation group(treated with phacoemulsification;n=28 patients and 36 eyes).The visual quality and corneal endothelial cell injury were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the corrected visual acuity,the percentage of corneal endothelial hexagonal cells and the density of corneal endothelial cells in the two groups were improved significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with high myopia with cataract,small incision extracapsular cataract extraction has the same clinical effect as phacoemulsification,and the appropriate treatment can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.
