1种药肥施用装置的研究及其在烤烟生产上的应用

摘要 针对丘陵地区、山地旱土农作物移栽前后人工施肥中存在施肥量不均匀、工作效率低、劳动强度大,以及大农业机械设备受地形条件限制难应用等问题,研制了1种采用肩负式蓄电池作为动能、集施药肥与抑芽操作于一体的小型农业机械设备。该设备由药肥容器、药肥输送泵、输送管、药肥施用开关、药肥施用杆、药肥施放喷头及控制板构成。该施肥器采用模块化设计,具有结构简单可靠、适用范围广、控制精度高、界面友好等优点。烤烟田间试验结果表明,该机具均匀施肥能提高烤烟叶绿素含量,能提高烟叶的产量、产值与质量,可以在烤烟及桔园、苗圃等生产中推广。 In view of the shortcomings of uneven fertilization,low work efficiency,high labor intensity and difficult application of large agricultural machinery and equipment due to topographic constraints before crop transplantation in hilly and mountainous dryland areas by artificial fertilization,a small agricultural machinery and equipment with accumulator as kinetic energy,backpack,fertilizer application and bud suppression operation was developed.It consists of a fertilizer container,a fertilizer delivery pump,a conveyor pipe,a fertilizer application switch,a fertilizer application rod,a fertilizer application sprinkler and a control board.The modular design of the fertilizer applicator has the advantages of simple and reliable structure,wide application range,high control precision and friendly interface.The field test results show that the uniform fertilization of the fertilizer applicator can improve the chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco leaves and the yield,output value and quality of tobacco leaves.It can be popularized in the production of flue-cured tobacco,orange orchards and nurseries.
