摘要
借鉴2018年俄罗斯世界杯部分国家队的表现,运用文献资料法、媒体评价法等对中国足球青训存在的问题进行重点化梳理,发现:中国足球青训在青训目标、文化教育、教练员、阶梯输送、设施储备、政策扶植、社会价值认同、竞赛体制、领域标准化等方面存在不足。建议:中国足球青训应分层次规划青训目标、有效衔接青训与文化教育、加大教练员队伍规模与培训、建立青训梯队机制和绿色输送通道、多元化渠道完善青训设施储备、制定相应的政策文件、青训文化的社会化普及、加紧完善青训竞赛体制、青训领域标准化与特色化相结合等,以期有效健全中国足球青训体系。
Drawing on the performance of some national teams in the World Cup in Russia in 2018,we use the literature data method and the media evaluation method to focus on the problems existing in the youth training of Chinese football.It is found that:Chinese youth youth training in youth training goals,cultural education,coaching insufficient staff,ladder transportation,facility reserve,policy support,social value identification,competition system,and field standardization.Suggestions:Chinese youth youth training should plan green training goals in a hierarchical manner,effectively link youth training and cultural education,and increase coaches.Team size and training,establishment of youth training echelon mechanism and green transportation channel,diversified channels to improve the reserve of youth training facilities,formulation of corresponding policy documents,socialization of youth training culture,intensification of the youth training competition system,standardization of youth training field and the combination of specialization and so on,in order to effectively improve the Chinese football youth training system.
