摘要
目的研究对比在糖尿病诊断中应用果糖胺/血浆清蛋白与果糖胺/血浆总蛋白的效果。方法选取在本院接受诊治的92例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用系统抽样法将其分为A组和B组,每组46例。A组采用果糖胺/血浆清蛋白的比值进行诊断,B组采用果糖胺/血浆总蛋白的比值进行诊断,分别对两组患者的Youden指数、敏感度及特异度进行分析。结果比较A组患者的FMN和FMN/ALB的Youden指数、敏感度及特异度发现,FMN/ALB较优,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较B组患者的FMN和FMN/TP的Youden指数、敏感度及特异度发现,FMN/TP较优,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的FMN/ALB和FMN/TP的Youden指数、敏感度及特异度发现,组间差异无统计学意义。结论果糖胺/血浆清蛋白与果糖胺/血浆总蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的正确率、敏感度及特异度均较高,且效果相等,均适于对疑似糖尿病患者进行诊断。
Objective To compare the effects of fructose,plasma albumin and fructamine/total plasma protein in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods 92 patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into group A and group B by systematic sampling method,46 cases in each group.Group A was diagnosed with the ratio of fructosamine to plasma albumin,and group B was diagnosed with the ratio of fructosamine to plasma total protein.Youden index,sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were analyzed respectively.Results Comparing the Youden index,sensitivity and specificity of FMN and FMN/ALB in group A,FMN/ALB was found to be superior was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the Youden index,sensitivity and specificity of FMN and FMN/TP in group B,FMN/TP was found to be superior and there was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The Youden index,sensitivity and specificity of FMN/ALB and FMN/TP in the two groups were compared,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the groups.Conclusion The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of fructose/plasma albumin and fructose and total plasma protein in the diagnosis of diabetes are all high,and the results are equal,and are suitable for the diagnosis of suspected diabetic patients.
