常减压蒸馏装置换热器腐蚀分析及建议措施 被引量:5

摘要 换热器是实现炼油厂中热量交换和传递不可缺少的设备,炼化装置通过换热器为各个设备温度工作下提供了重要保障。结合装置大修腐蚀检查,对常减压蒸馏装置换热器的问题进行了分析,确定了换热器低温腐蚀、高温腐蚀和水侧腐蚀三个方面的易腐蚀部位和形态,分析了腐蚀机理,并提出应对措施。 Heat exchanger is an indispensable equipment for heat exchange and transfer in chemical production. Refining unit provides an important guarantee for working temperature of each equipment through heat exchanger. Problems of heat exchanger were analyzed combining with corrosion inspection during unit shutdown for maintenance. Corrosive parts and forms of heat exchanger were determined in three aspects,namely,low temperature corrosion,high temperature corrosion and waterside corrosion. Corrosive mechanism was analyzed and corresponding measures were brought forward.
