摘要
港口以及巷道工程建设中的主要材料就是大体积的混凝土,因为使用的混凝土材料而产生的裂缝现象也是其困扰的重要问题。通常情况下,大体积混凝土的主要是以大区段为单位进行施工,其施工体积是非常大的,因此,在施工过程中因水泥进行水热化反应释放出大量的热量,所以导致混凝土内部的温度升高,并且无法释放,而这个问题就会使得混凝土的内外温差比较大,再加上混凝土早期时其抗拉的强度会比较低,且弹性的模量也较小,故易出现裂缝现象,因此直接影响了港口工程以及巷道工程的质量。
In the construction of ports and roadways,the main material is large-volume concrete,and it is precisely because of the concrete materials used that the crack problem is also an important problem.Under normal circumstances,large-volume concrete is mainly constructed in large sections,and its construction volume is very large.Therefore,during the construction process,the water heating reaction of cement releases a large amount of heat,which leads to the interior of the concrete.The temperature rises and cannot be released,and this problem will make the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete relatively large.In addition,the tensile strength of the concrete will be lower in the early stage of the concrete,and the modulus of elasticity is also small,so it is easy to cause cracks,which directly affects the quality of port engineering and roadway engineering.
