摘要 在查阅收集大量文献的基础上,综述近几年不同干燥方法对当归有效成分含量的影响,以及不同加工方法对当归有效成分阿魏酸、挥发油和多糖等含量的影响,旨在为进一步开展当归有效成分研究提供理论参考。 The articlesummarizedthe effect of different processing methods on content of active ingredients of Angelicae Sinensis Radix in recent years on the basis of looking up and collection of a large number of documents, and the effect of different processing methods on the content of active ingredient such as ferulic acid, volatile oil and polysaccharide inAngelicae Sinensis Radix.The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for carrying out further correlation study of Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
