摘要
基于我国的杂粮生产加工现状,总结杂粮制品的营养功效,概述杂粮饮料、杂粮膨化食品、杂粮烘焙制品等杂粮制品的品种及开发现状,探讨杂粮制品的发展思路,为杂粮产品的进一步开发研究提供参考。
Based on the present situation of China's grain production and processing, this paper summarizes the nutritional effect of grain products, summarizes the varieties and development status of grain products such as grain beverage, grain puffed food and grain baked goods, and discusses the development ideas of grain products, in order to provide reference for further development and research of grain products.
