摘要
以齐齐哈尔工程学院食品质量与安全专业为例,应用工作过程系统化理论构建专业实践教学体系。通过工作任务课程化培养检验核心能力,通过教学任务工作化培养品控核心能力,为培养适合社会需要的应用型人才奠定基础。
Taking the food quality and safety major of Qiqihar University of Engineering as an example, the professional practice teaching system is constructed by applying the systematic theory of work process. This paper lay the foundation for the training of social needs for application-oriented talents through the work task curriculum training to test the core ability, and the teaching task work training quality control core ability.
