摘要
我国高速铁路出现多次因高频异常振动引起的零部件裂纹等现象,经分析车轮多边形和钢轨波磨是引起轮轨高频异常振动的主要原因,通过对轮轨系统模态测试和耦合振动测试,发现车轮、构架、钢轨、轨道板等存在与车轮多边形或钢轨波磨频率相对应的固有频率成分,轮轨系统固有频率是车轮多边形和钢轨波磨产生的重要原因。
High frequency abnormal vibration happened many times on high speed railway caused some parts crack problems in China.It is analyzed that wheel polygonal wear and rail wavy wear are the main causes of abnormal vibration at high frequency.Through modal test and coupling vibration test of wheel/rail system,it is found that wheel,frame,rail and track plate have inherent frequency components corresponding to wheel polygon and rail wave grinding frequency in wheel/rail system.The natural frequency of wheel-rail system is an important reason for wheel polygon and rail wave-grinding.
