摘要
本文设计并制作了一种用于海洋石油平台的电缆放线工具。针对以往海洋石油平台上电缆放线角度变换困难,架盘过程中安全系数低等问题,本文通过研究建造平台过程中的现场施工情况,设计一种在海洋石油平台上电缆放线施工中架设电缆盘的工具,运用AutoCAD软件设计架盘工具结构,以ANSYS软件为平台对放线架进行建模和受力分析。在反复论证灵活应用电缆放线架的设计方案基础之上,最终在车间组对焊接制作,将放线架应用于现场实际施工中。
This paper designs a tool for pulling cable on offshore oil platform.Aiming to solve the difficult of changing directions of cable rollers when pulling cable and ensure the safety of installing cable rollers,this paper designs a tool to install cable rollers based on the construction situation.The structure of this tool is designed by AutoCAD and analyzed the stress on ANSYS software.Based on the design,the tool is fabricated and used to solve some problems of pulling cables on construction situation.
