摘要
随着智能变电站逐步转入运维,在运维检修中存在二次回路及运维信息展示不直观,安全技术措施计划实施概念模糊等问题,易产生保护设备安全隐患及缺陷隔离,导致电网事故。针对出现的问题设计了一种适用于智能变电站虚拟二次回路在线监测系统。采用三层两网的架构体系,以网络通信方式替代二次回路电缆,应用4个模块实现可视化方案。结合IEC 61850中快速报文传输机制,代替常规变电站装置硬接线通信方式,并实现了SCD的文件比对。
As intelligent substations applied into the operation and maintenance, problems such as the ambiguity of secondary circuit information, and the vague implementation of safety technical measures plan in operation and maintenance. lead to potential dangerous, and grid accidents. A system of online monitoring via virtual secondary circuit for intelligent substations was designed for the problems. The three-layer and two-network of the system structure were introduced, in which the network communication was replaced by the secondary loop cable and the visualization scheme was implemented via four modules. Based on the fast message transmission mechanism of IEC 61850, the way of the hard-wired communication of normal substation equipment was replaced and comparison of SCD files were realized.
